2014 Scion tC debuts in New York. This is the new Scion tC which is presented at the 2013 New York International Auto Show and will be released towards the end of the year.
The changes of the model is limited and will be identified only in different mirrors and bumpers, the model is launched in the market since 2010. Design will describe odd and angular, with the model features a new hood and lights, as well as a new grille with integrated LED daytime running lights. Aggressive Look with New Exterior Design and 18-Inch Wheels. Scion 10 Series FR-S also comes equipped with HID headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lamps, dual automatic climate controls and a smart key with push-button start ignition. The tC will be available in seven exterior paint colors, including two new additions, Absolutely Red and Blue Streak Metallic.
Inside the changes are limited too, include new seat upholstery and a sound system with a 6.1-inch touch screen. Also come with the infotainment system with built-in GPS and with possibility to access the Internet via a smartphone.
Mechanically, also know nothing new with the existing model to be fitted with a four-cylinder 2.5-litre engine that able to deliver 180 horsepower and 232 Nm of torque and paired with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or with an upgraded 6-speed automatic transmission.
New settings are in suspension and shock absorbers and anti-roll bar. Finally, there is an optimized electric wheel that promises to have better performance and feel.
The 2014 Scion tC facelift will be sold in June, with prices to be announced when approaching the launch date.
